Through various initiatives, expressed through sacred liturgy, ongoing formation, cultural heritage, and evangelization, we seek to live and share the Catholic faith in Japan with reverence, courage, and joy. Below are some of the key expressions of our ministry.

Theme: Sacred Tradition & Irish Catholic Heritage

Description: For three consecutive years, this ministry organized solemn St. Patrick’s Day European Masses at Saint Ignatius Church in Tokyo. These celebrations beautifully united Irish Catholic heritage with the sacred liturgy, featuring the rich tradition of Gregorian Chant performed in Japan.

Theme: Ongoing Discipleship & Spiritual Growth

Description: Since 2019, this ministry has hosted regular monthly Catholic Faith Formation seminars at St. Ignatius Church (International Group). These gatherings provide consistent teaching, prayer, and community for English-speaking Catholics in Japan, supporting their growth in faith and understanding.

Theme: Resilience of Faith & Japanese Catholic Roots

Description: This ministry honors the extraordinary story of the Hidden Christians (Kakure Kirishitan), who preserved the Catholic faith in secret for over 250 years during severe persecution. We also remember the powerful witness of the Martyrs of Japan, whose legacy continues to inspire courage and fidelity today.

Theme: Marian Devotion & Spiritual Renewal

Description: This ministry organizes the annual Marian Conference Japan, which has now completed its 4th edition. The conference gathers Catholics from across Japan to deepen their devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, grow in faith, and be equipped for the work of evangelization.

Theme: Christ-Centered Evangelization

Description: This ministry organizes the annual Evangelii Summit Japan, held to mark the Feast of Christ the King. This two-day conference focuses on proclaiming Christ as Lord and King, bringing together clergy, religious, and laity to be inspired and equipped for evangelization in Japan.

Theme: Marian Consecration & Total Surrender

Description: This ministry promotes and guides the 33 Days Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, following the spirituality of St. Maximilian Kolbe. Participants are invited to entrust themselves completely to Jesus through Mary, deepening their spiritual life and commitment to Christ.
